Immunoprecipitation (IP):
AE00208 to ARK1-pS473 was successfully used to immunoprecipitate an approx. 60kDa band from lysates of Calyculin A-stimulated Jurkat. Recommended amount: 3-6ug
Western Blot of immunoprecipitation (lanes 2 and 3) from 200ug Jurkat (10 min stimulation by 100nM Calyculin A) extract (lane 1), using 3ug AKT1-pS473 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody AE00208, and using the same antibody for staining the blot at 1ug/ml (1h at ambient temp). ECL staining by HRP.
Western Blot (WB):
AE00208 to AKT1-pS473 was successfully used to stain an approx. 60kDa band in lysates of Calyculin A-stimulated Jurkat. Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml
Western Blot of 30ug lysate from Jurkat with or without 10 min stimulation by 100nM Calyculin A, stained with AKT1-pS473 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody AE00208 at 1ug/ml (1h at ambient temp). ECL staining by HRP.
