Western Blot (WB):
AE00222 to TP53-pS6 was successfully used to stain an approx. 55kDa band in lysates of HeLa after UV radiation. Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml
Western Blot of 30ug HeLa lysate with or without stimulation by UV radiation, stained with TP53-pS6 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody AE00222 at 1ug/ml (1h at ambient temp). ECL staining by HRP.
