Immunoprecipitation (IP):
AE00220 to TP53-pS33 was successfully used to immunoprecipitate an approx. 53kDa band from lysates of Nocodazole-treated HT29. Recommended amount: 3-6ug
Western Blot of immunoprecipitation (lanes 2 and 3) from 200ug HT29 (16h treated by 100ng/ml Nocodazole) extract, using 3ug TP53-pS33 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody AE00220, and using the same antibody for staining the blot at 1ug/ml (1h at ambient temp). ECL staining by HRP.
Western Blot (WB):
AE00220 to TP53-pS33 was successfully used to stain an approx. 55kDa band in lysates of HT29 after 16h Nocodazole treatment. Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml
