AE00231 to HSPB1-pS78 was successfully used to stain an approx. 27kDa band in lysates of UV-treated, serum-starved or Anisomycin-treated HeLa. Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml
Western Blots of 30ug lysates of HeLa with and without UV radiation (15-30 min), or serum-starved (overnight) HeLa with or without Anisomycin (25ug/ml, 30min), stained with HSPB1-pS78 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody AE00231 at 1ug/ml (1h at ambient temp). ECL staining by HRP.
