Mouse Recombinant Antibodies

Recombinant antibodies are an excellent alternative to antibodies produced by animals. They are defined by the DNA sequence of the variable regions involved in the specific binding to the target protein. The antibody is no longer produced by the traditional hybridoma, but by transient or stable expression in a transfected cell line instead. This means that the characteristics and performance of such antibody cannot vary by genetic instability often seen in hybridomas over time.

Aeonian Biotech antibodies are offered in known quantity (0.1mg) as affinity purified IgG.
