Customers located in USA and Canada pay the indicated US Dollar price. They are waived from paying shipping fees, unless they pay the indicated Euro price (whether calculated to US Dollars or not), in which case shipping fees do apply. Customers outside USA and Canada pay the indicated Euro price and shipping charges will depend on their location.
Upon receipt of the Personal Order (PO), first a confirmation of this order will be sent back together with the terms and conditions as set out here. Second, an invoice will be generated and sent to the customer who placed the order and to the financial department as specified by the customer. When the purchase was made and paid for online, the invoice will confirm the payment as completed.
Should there be a mistake in the order, the customer is obliged to let us know straight away so amendments can be made before dispatch takes place. Dispatch is expected to take place 24-48hrs after receipt of the order, so any amendments after that will not be possible.
The invoice is to be paid within 2 weeks after the order took place through electronic bank transfer against shared costs with your PO number as reference to:

Both ordering party and vending party are legally obliged to meet the requirements of this transaction deal according to and subject to their local laws.
Liability of the vending party is limited to the restrictions as set out on the product sheet and product website. The purchased product is warranted as described on the product sheet and product website, provided that the product was received in good conditions, that is with still frozen gel pack upon arrival. Failure to check straight away waives any rights of refund or replacement. Should the product arrive with a gel pack at ambient temperature, we should be notified straight away. Purchase of any of our products is a declaration of acceptance of these terms and conditions.
