Western Blot (WB):
AE00239 to VIM-pS56 was successfully used to stain an approx. 62kDa band in lysates of HeLa after Paclitaxel-treatment. Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml
Western Blots of 30ug lysates of HeLa (4mM Hydroxyurea 20h or Paclitaxel 100nM 20h), stained with VIM-pS56 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody AE00239 at 1ug/ml (1h at ambient temp). ECL staining by HRP.
