Western Blot (WB):
AE00227 to ERBB4-pY1284 was successfully used to stain an approx. 200kDa band in lysates of serum-starved A431 after an EGF treatment. Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml
Western Blots of 30ug lysates of A431 with and without EGF (100ng/ml, 30min) treatment after overnight serum-starvation, stained with ERBB4-pY1284 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody AE00227 at 1ug/ml (1h at ambient temp). ECL staining by HRP.
