Immunohistochemistry (IHC):
AE00382 to TP16 was successfully used to stain nuclei in the pituitary gland anterior lobe, and cytoplasm and nuclei in thyroid carcinoma and urothelial carcinoma sections. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/ml
Formaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded human pituitary gland anterior lobe stained with TP16 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody AE00382 at 1-2 mg/ml for 60 minutes at 37°C. Epitope retrieval: Autoclave at 121°C, pH7.8 for 5 min followed by 20 min cooling. DAB staining by HRP polymer.
