Western Blot of 30ug lysate from NIH3T3 with or without stimulation with 100ng/ml PDGF for 15min, stained with AKT1-pS473 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody AE00207 at 1ug/ml (1h at ambient temp). ECL staining by HRP.
