AE00241 to ZAP70-pY493 was successfully used to stain an approx. 62kDa band in lysates of Jurkat after PMA/TPA, Anisomycin and ATP-treatment. Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml
Western Blots of 30ug lysates of Jurkat (200nM PMA/TPA 10min, or 5ug/ml Anisomycin 30min, or 5mM ATP 1h), stained with ZAP70-pY493 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody AE00241 at 1ug/ml (1h at ambient temp). ECL staining by HRP.
